Terms and Conditions

All Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.

All pickups from the airport include unlimited waiting time . Car parking charges are also inclusive within the price of the Airport Transfer.

All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged at £5.00 with the fare quoted. Any diversions which are not on route will be negotiated at the driver's discretion.

Credit card payments will incur an extra charge of £3.00.

All payments can be made in cash or credit card. In the case of credit card your card will be charged before or on the day of the journey. In the event of a cash booking you may pay the driver cash (GBP), but the card details will only serve to secure the booking, or may be charged for instances of a cancellation or 'no show'.

Once a reasonable waiting time has expired your driver will make extensive enquiries at the airport (with customs; your airline; airport information's paging system) before referring back to our office where further enquiries will be made. The driver will also attempt to call you if a valid mobile telephone number is given. If after 90 minutes there is no contact and the driver is unable to make contact with passenger the driver be authorized to leave the terminal and customer will be liable for a 'no show'. After 90 minutes it is the passenger's responcesibility to make contact with us to advise there is a delay to avoid paying for the cost of the journey.

No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with a confirmation number.

Illustrations, photographs and descriptions on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serves merely as a guide and will not be binding.

An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on the following dates: 24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 January.

Our saloon and estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers.

Our MPVs (Many people Carrier) are insured for maximum of 7 Passengers.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.

Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.

Cancellations must be made prior 48 hours before your transfer at no cost. if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your transfer; a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 12 hour before your transfer a cancellation fee of 50% will be charge. Your transfer cannot be cancelled if you have not given us 12 hours notice.

Any booking that are prepaid by Credit card will incur a 10% Cancellation fee.

All prices quoted are per car.

The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Public Carriage Office.
